Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality products and services
Manage purchase orders, quotations, and approvals
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
Ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment
Maintain vendor relationships and update price lists
Inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams for requirements
Maintain procurement records and documentation
Monitor budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses
Support audits and compliance with company standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement (hospitality preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of vendor management and local markets
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory systems
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
