Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day procurement activities for raw materials, components, and consumables Prepare and process purchase orders as per production requirements Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, delivery schedules, and follow-ups Maintain vendor database and ensure timely procurement at optimal cost Track material requirements based on production planning Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and records Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in purchase/procurement within a manufacturing or electrical industry Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management Good negotiation and communication skills Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
