Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in daily procurement of raw materials, groceries, packaging, and kitchen essentials Coordinate with Operation Manager for daily/weekly purchase requirements Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages Place orders with vendors and ensure timely delivery Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing Verify quality and quantity of received goods Maintain purchase logs, bills, and vendor details for accounting purposes Follow up on pending orders or returns Assist in monthly stock audits and reporting

Requirements

Good negotiation and communication skills Ability to handle multiple vendors and track orders efficiently Trustworthy and detail-oriented Two-wheeler with license Mandatory

Petrol expenses will be reimbursed

Candidates from Coimbatore and nearby areas are preferred.

Duty Hours - 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
