Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and order follow-ups
Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any order discrepancies or delays
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and coordinating with stores and accounts
Support the procurement team in daily administrative and documentation tasks
Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems and prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
