Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate best prices
Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Ensure timely receipt of materials as per project requirements
Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and vendor documents
Support inventory management and stock control
Ensure all purchases follow company policies and procedures
Participate in vendor evaluation and selection
Prepare purchase reports and MIS
Support internal departments with procurement-related needs
Candidate Profile:
2-3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement
Experience in Firefighting, Plumbing, or MEP industry preferred
Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of purchase processes, documentation, and inventory
Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
