Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

raising purchase requests

and preparing

purchase orders

as per project requirements.

Source and negotiate

with vendors for materials such as steel, fasteners, consumables, and erection accessories. Coordinate with

stores, design, and project teams

to ensure material requirements are met on time. Maintain and update the

vendor database

, price lists, and purchase records. Follow up with suppliers on

order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines

. Verify

invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs

for accuracy and completeness before forwarding to accounts. Track inventory levels and

assist in material planning

to avoid stock shortages or excess. Support in obtaining

quotations and comparative statements

for management approval. Handle

logistics coordination

for material movement between fabrication units and project sites. Ensure compliance with

company procurement policies and documentation standards

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Commerce / Business Administration / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

or equivalent.

1-3 years

of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the

construction or fabrication industry

. Strong knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems

. Good understanding of

vendor management and material flow

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

. Attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
