Key Responsibilities
Assist the Purchase Executive in daily procurement activities.
Prepare and process purchase orders as per instructions.
Maintain and update supplier database, quotations, and purchase records.
Collect and organize quotations from suppliers for comparison.
Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation and delivery follow-ups.
Track material inward status and update reports.
Assist accounts team with invoice verification and payment follow-up.
Maintain proper filing of purchase documents and agreements.
Generate and circulate daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the purchase team.
Required Skills
Good communication (verbal & written) and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must).
Ability to handle data entry and documentation accurately.
Multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of purchase/ERP software is an added advantage.
Accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
Analytical thinking and cost comparison ability.
Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce ( B.Com , BBA)
0-1 of experience in back-office / purchase support (Freshers can apply).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,991.54 - ₹32,910.07 per month
