Responsibilities:
Preparing Quotations and Purchase orders in Microsoft excel
Preparing Shipping documents and invoices in Microsoft excel
Data entry and adhoc admin task
Requirement
Good English (Written and Spoken)
Microsoft Excel: Working experience in Microsoft Excel is main requirement.
Graduate in any field or polytechnic Diploma
Candidate must have a good Internet connection and latest specs Laptop /computer.
Experience in making quotations & Purchase orders is an advantage
