Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years in procurement or purchasing, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with civil engineering materials (cement, steel, aggregates, machinery).
Negotiation skills: Ability to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
Analytical ability: Evaluate supplier performance, market trends, and cost-benefit analyses.
Communication skills: Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and vendors.
Contract management: Understanding of legal and commercial terms in procurement agreements.
