Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials as per requirements.
Maintain inventory records and update purchase/dispatch data.
Prepare invoices, challans, and dispatch documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for timely dispatch.
Monitor material movement and ensure accuracy in quantity and documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in purchase and/or dispatch operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP/Tally preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
