Industry:-

HVAC ( Chillar, VRV, Ductable, Air cooled & water cool Package, Split, Window etc.)

Supply Chain management.

Analyzing the purchase requirement.

Raising enquiries, techno-commercial analysis and preparation of comparatives.

Prepare and place purchase orders and expedite delivery on time.

Ensuring the quality & quantity of material purchased

Logistics Activities - Liasoning with transportation agencies and coordinating from loading to delivery.

Responsibility for timely clearance of supplier bills.

Vendor Development / Vendor management.

Strong negotiation skills, Communication skills and Spoken English.

Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies

Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

Craft vendor negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

Inventory monitoring/Forecasting

Responsibilities of fully Computerized & ERP Procurement. Showing of Requisitions/Purchase Order/GRN / Issues/ sales/ Stock Verification/ Physical Inspection, Stacking.

Submission of MIS Reports

Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items, Maintaining.

Monitoring the all types of material inventory in the in-house Software

Identification of shortage or surplus of staff and taking care of the transfer of the staff.

Preparation of layout of stores for storage of material as per nature

Monitoring the Scrap Policy and its implementation (getting Scrap declaration, raising sale Indent, Delivery Order, Buyer Comparison Statement, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
