Title: Purchase and Store Executive

Location: Veerapampalayam, Erode

Time: 9am to 7pm

Only Male Candidates Needed

Experience: 3+years

Engineering Manufacturing industry experience good to have.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Should take responsible for all store materials in the stores. Verify the inward and outward material and update in system Should responsible for material distribution to the shop floor above 100HP. Should alert any expiring products to shop floor for utilization. Spare rate should be offered on time for quotation creation. Spare rate and availability enquiry support to be provided to cross functional teams. Monthly stock report to be submitted. Should verify and approval for local purchases. Should assist in follow up with vendors regarding materials. Should work closely with customers on spare enquiry for smoothy deal closure. Should take care of spare price chart updating process. Should be responsible for maintaining and selling scrap items. Should responsible for housekeeping activities in the stores.

Purchase:

Should take responsible for material inward with purchase order in terms of specifications, quantity, quality and price. Should verify and process the purchase bills wherever necessary. Vendor validation and product confirmation with internal team must be done for very new product procurement. Daily copper scrap weight to be verified and updated in the internal system. Should prepare purchase order lists for purchase items.
