Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase & Sales Officer to manage procurement and sales operations at our Dhulagarh facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, accounting, and supply chain management, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and maintain robust vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services. Manage bill payments and ensure timely settlement of vendor invoices. Conduct regular visits to vendors to assess product quality and negotiate terms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of goods. Collaborate with the sales team to align procurement strategies with sales objectives. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement and sales roles. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, accounting practices, and supply chain management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with procurement software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
