Your role
Facilitate trade matching with various industry clearinghouses and contra parties across Equity, UIT and Fixed Income (Corporate, Municipal Bond, etc.) products
Coordinate with internal (front and middle office) and external stakeholders to resolve trade suspense and money discrepancies, ensuring timely trade matching and settlement
Process daily control reports and reconciliations
Familiarize and deepen knowledge of platforms used: DTC RTTM, ACT, ORF, GEMS, Obligation Warehouse, OMGEO
Promptly handle inquiries from branch personnel (research, action, and reply)
Process trade correction requests
Escalate issues to local team management
Participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an analyst in the Purchase & Sales department. P&S services the Global Wealth Management business in the United States, which includes Financial Advisors, Client Service Representatives, and our Global Markets Trading business
Your expertise
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar role
Able to multi-task and interact with multiple business partners simultaneously
Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment
Work in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
