Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase and Procurement Executive to manage and oversee the purchasing process of goods and services for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing. Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock availability. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or pricing discrepancies. Prepare procurement reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities. Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.

Salary- 14k-17k (Depends Upon Experience)
