Coordinate with various departments (Design, procurement and manufacturing) to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory levels and plan material requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Maintain records of material usage and inventory.
Oversee the production process and ensure that it runs efficiently and smoothly.
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
Act as a liaison between production, sales, and logistics to meet customer delivery schedules.
Communicate production updates and potential delays to stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
