Prepare & maintain Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and vendor contracts.
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for order confirmations and timely deliveries.
Handle inward logistics (fabrics, trims, raw materials) and outward logistics (finished goods, dispatch to warehouses/retailers).
Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Arrange and track shipments with transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents - packing lists, e-way bills, LRs, invoices.
Maintain purchase & logistics trackers / MIS reports for management.
Support finance in payment cycles and reconciliation.
Liaise with warehouse teams for inventory entries and stock flow updates.
Ensure compliance with GST, vendor billing, and basic statutory requirements.
Desrired Skiils
2-4 years in purchase administration / logistics / supply chain support.
Strong knowledge of POs, challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
Familiarity with vendor & transporter coordination.
Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, or Tally.
Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Good communication for vendor/transport handling.
