is responsible for handling procurement and inventory functions, including sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role supports smooth production operations, cost control, and uninterrupted material supply.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order & Documentation
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with stock/production needs.
Track order status and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, contracts, and price lists.
Support audits and reporting by keeping databases updated.
Inventory Planning & Control
Monitor stock levels and maintain Reorder Levels (ROL).
Forecast inventory needs with production and sales teams.
Record stock movement, returns, and damages.
Conduct stock audits and reconcile with system data.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Align purchases with production schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and other teams.
Prepare reports on stock levels, purchases, supplier performance, and costs.
Assist in procurement budgeting and cost analysis.
Documentation
Maintain accurate and organized purchase/stock records.
File invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
Prepare reports on slow-moving items, stock damages, and returns.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Gender:
Male / Female
Experience:
1-3 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory control.
Other Skills/Requirements:
Knowledge of logistics management (inbound/outbound coordination).
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and inventory/ERP systems.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
