Job Purpose

Riti Eye Care Hospital is recruiting Purchase and inventory coordinators to lead, manage and coordinate all purchase and inventory activities to support ongoing business requirements. Responsibilities include collecting ident from respective departments, preparing purchase orders, receiving, and issuing materials.

Job location: Riti eye care hospital, Rewari

Roles and Responsibilities

Purchase

Ensure availability of materials for smooth functioning of all Riti hospitals Collect Indent from respective departments and prepare PO Share PO with supplier and follow up. Ensure all materials received on time without delay Update supplier master sheet regularly with price, scheme, discount details If any change in price or scheme inform the manager Enter all purchase details in EMR Coordinate and negotiate purchasing contracts for all supplies Monitor contracts with respect to supplier competence, pricing, quality, quantity, timing etc.

Inventory management

Receiving all materials and cross-checking price and qty with invoice. If any discrepancy found report to supplier immediately Prepare Good received note in GRN Unpack and arrange all materials in store properly Transfer item to necessary department as per Indent Initiate reorder for all materials when stock touches reorder qty Ensure pilferage and misuse of stock Conduct monthly stock checking in all departments and match with EMR. If any difference identified inform manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Any undergraduate Computer knowledge with MS word is must
