Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Purchase and Internal Coordination Executive

to support our procurement and production activities. This role involves managing vendor relations, sourcing electronic components, ensuring timely procurement, and acting as a key liaison between internal departments such as R&D, production, and quality.

Key Responsibilities: Purchasing:

Identify and source electronic components, connectors, sensors, and other related materials. Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize procurement contracts. Maintain and update purchase records, supplier databases, and price lists. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to manage stock efficiently.

Internal Coordination:

Collaborate with design/R&D teams to understand component specifications and ensure sourcing accuracy. Work closely with production planning teams to ensure materials are available as per the production schedule. Assist in resolving any supply chain disruptions or delays. Provide regular updates to management regarding procurement status, supplier performance, and critical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good understanding of electronic components and basic electrical specifications. Knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with international suppliers (for import of electronic parts). Exposure to ISO standards and documentation processes. Knowledge of customs clearance and logistics (for import/export businesses).
