Job Description

Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Maintain relationships with suppliers, evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms.

Optimize procurement processes, negotiate better prices, and identify alternative suppliers without compromising quality.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory through demand forecasting and efficient control measures.

Create and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring correct quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Properly document procurement processes, contracts, and essential agreements.

Work within assigned budgets and provide periodic reports on expenses and cost variances.

Act as the central point of contact for various departments and teams.

Address client queries, concerns, and provide necessary support.

Assist in organizing and managing company events, conferences, or workshops.

Generate payment slips and ensure timely payments to vendors according to the payment terms specified in purchase orders (POs).

Serve as the single point of contact between vendors and the administrative team.
