Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Purchase cum Account Assistant
to manage procurement activities and store operations in our company RG Ventures. The role requires handling vendor coordination, purchase documentation, material inventory, and ensuring timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts for smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, consumables, and engineering spares.
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up with vendors for delivery schedules.
Maintain records of purchase, pricing, and supplier information.
Support cost reduction and vendor development initiatives.
Stock Management:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Issue materials to production/maintenance as per requirement.
Keep accurate records of stock movement (inward & outward).
Account:
Coordinate for bills, GRNs, and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation procedures.
Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in purchase and store handling, preferably in manufacturing/lighting industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
