• Position Title - Jr. / officer - Purchase

• Qualification required - BE /DME

• Min. years of experience in purchase - 2-3 Years.

• -

• Floating RFQs to supplier in Coordination with End user.
• Follow up for Quotations.
• Comparison Bid tab (SAR and BAS) and discuss with Purchasing Head, If required to do the 1st Cut negotiation.
• Releasing the PO through SAP.
• Track of each purchase requisition, escalate to Purchasing head wherever required.
• Supplier addition documents follow up with supplier and addition in to the system.
• Solving the payment and invoice related grievances between Tenneco and supplier.
• On time response to end user for the PR.
• Can be work on scrap disposal proposals.
• Atten the engineering meetings for NPD (Tooling and Components).

Required Competency:

• Well versed with Indirect Material procurement Process and supplier database within Pune area.
• Knowledge about SAP.
• Knowledge about the Engineering drawing.
• Initiative taker.
• Good team player can work in cross functions.
• Knowledge about the cost break down in Stamping, Rubber moulding Process.
• Purchasing acumen.
• Supplier development
