Purchase Order Management:

Create, process, and manage purchase orders for materials, goods, and services.

Vendor Communication:

Interact with suppliers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and maintain positive working relationships.

Inventory Control:

Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and report on shortages or surpluses to maintain optimal levels.

Order Tracking & Delivery:

Monitor the status of orders and coordinate the receipt of goods, dealing with issues like delays, non-delivery, or damaged items.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchasing transactions, invoices, and vendor information.

Reporting:

Generate reports on purchasing activities, inventory, and cost-effectiveness to support decision-making.

Policy Compliance:

Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the procurement team and assist with various procurement activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Organizational Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and coordinate complex processes.

Communication Skills:

Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.

Technical Proficiency:
