Responsible to manage overall activities of procurement Function.

Procurement of Direct-Indirect materials like Raw material, Chemicals, Engineering Materials, Tools, Oil & grease, Consumables, Packaging, Repair & Maintenance, Service and Capital Expenditure.

Coordinate with respected Departments for timely closed their Requirements.

Floating Inquiry of (Capax-Opex) Material Domestic & International Market.

Preparing a Techno-commercial Comparative sheet.

Preparing Contract & ARC for Repair & Maintenance, Warranty & Service of machines.

New Vendor Development as per our Business Requirement.

Planning & Arrange Materials on time with the best Quality & price.

Tracking Purchase order and follow up with Supplier For delivered the materials on Time.

Negotiate Price & contract with Vendor & finalized purchase order in reasonable time.

Preparing Annual Budget of Capex & Opex items.

Build Working Relationship with Vendors.

Evaluate supplier Performance by Supplier rating.

Coordinating with Accounts department for supplier payment timely as per payments Terms.

Monitoring & reduce Inventory Level as per Target.

Costing for Manufacturing items.

Preparing IATF, ISO Documentation for Audit Purpose.

Preparing Monthly Reports, MIS & Presentation for monthly Review with Management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
