Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To teach

Punjabi language and literature

to students as per the prescribed curriculum. To plan and deliver

engaging and effective lessons

that enhance reading, writing, and speaking skills in Punjabi. To

prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and question papers

in accordance with the academic calendar. To

evaluate students' performance

through class tests, assignments, and examinations. To

promote Punjabi culture, heritage, and values

through classroom activities and school events. To

maintain student records

, attendance, and performance reports. To

participate in co-curricular and language enrichment programmes

such as debates, poetry recitations, and cultural events. To ensure

discipline and a positive learning environment

in the classroom. To

coordinate with other teachers and parents

to support student progress. To

perform any other duties

assigned by the Head of Institution in relation to academics or administration.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in

Punjabi reading, writing, and grammar

. Strong

communication and classroom management

skills. Ability to use

modern teaching methods and audio-visual aids

. Dedication to

student development and cultural preservation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
