Responsibilities
Teach Punjabi language, grammar, reading, writing, and literature to students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic activities.
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Encourage students to develop a strong foundation in Punjabi speaking, reading, and writing.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Provide extra support to students who need additional assistance.
Organize cultural activities related to Punjabi language and heritage.
Collaborate with other teachers and participate in staff meetings and school programs.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Punjabi, Education, or related field.
Teaching certification (preferred, varies by institution).
Strong command of Punjabi language: reading, writing, and speaking.
Prior teaching experience in schools or coaching centres preferred.
Ability to use modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
Good communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
