Female Sales Area Manager

to lead sales operations, drive expansion, and manage client relationships in the Pune region.

Role Description



This is an on-site role for a

Female Sales Area Manager

based in Pune. The role requires overseeing regional sales activities, building partnerships, guiding the sales team, and ensuring revenue growth. You will represent the company in client meetings, events, and strategic discussions to drive our EdTech business.

Mandatory Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in Sales, Business Development, or EdTech Sales

Location:

Pune (Work from Office/Field Work as needed)

Responsibilities



Manage and lead sales operations within the Pune region Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets Build and maintain client relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, and corporate partners Identify new market opportunities and drive outreach campaigns Track KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and submit performance reports to senior management Support the onboarding and training of sales team members Drive field visits, product demos, and client presentations Establish partnerships and maintain strong communication with key clients Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at all stages Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and lead management Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make decisions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven leadership and team management skills Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 120 per week
