Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth operation of Fabrication Harvesters (Sugarcane, Baler, Combine & Cabin) operation at right quality with right cost by ensuring safe working condition.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and cost KPI's Knowledge of plant processes including painting & assembly People Management Line Balancing: Develop & implement line balancing. Resource Optimization: By De-bottlenecking, Layout modifications, Workflow optimization Operational Review: Ergonomic assessment for Operator utilization, Facility utilization, Labor cost, Capacity Augmentation, Job contract cost etc. Process Documents - PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP/OPL Quality gate targets FTQ In & FTQ Out for Harvesters (Sugarcane, Baler, Combine & Cabin) Feedback of defects to line, eliminating the defects at source

Recording of losses & reduction in R/W Hrs.

Experience Required

12-16+ Years of Experience in Fabrication lines related to production activity

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./ B.Tech(Mechanical/ Production), additional advantage if welding certification from BHEL Trichi
