Drive operational excellence and standardization across the network environment.
Lead monitoring tool upgrades and support related production changes.
Troubleshoot complex issues and propose automated solutions.
Mentor team members in automation and tool usage.

? Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level networks.
3+ years supporting network automation tools.
Strong coding capability using Python, Ansible, Git, APIs, CI/CD tools.
Experience with: Cisco ACI, Cisco routers/switches, Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, BlueCAT, Extrahop, Itential.
Ability to work in mission-critical environments with real-time trading systems.
Strong understanding of fault, capacity, configuration, and performance management.
