DescriptionOur Client is the Enterprise Worldwide Company. The product you will be working with, provides management and data processing/handling capabilities for networks of the clients scientific lab equipment such as microscopes, etc. The main goals are:Collection and centralized management of data outputs (measurement results, etc.) provided by clients devices
Outdated data utilization
Managing large volumes of data acquired from measurement devices in the cloud securely and reliably
Seamless sharing of measurement data with collaborators
The ability to share measurement results and accelerate customer service.Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT environment
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies
• Proven experience with the full lifecycle of product development from idea to production
• Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN)
• Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis, and optimization
• Strong attention to detail, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
• Experience working with hypotheses and PoCs
• Experience in analyzing the market landscape, competitors, and trends
• Ability to research and build opportunities backlog, validating and evaluating opportunities
• Experience in forming and maintaining product vision and product roadmap for new and evolving products
• Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment
• Understanding and the ability to identify the customers needs and the markets demand
• Ability to produce visually attractive materials, and present it to executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent level of workshops (discovery, ideation) preparation, facilitation
• Good interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
• Advanced English (written and verbal)
• Experience working with Japanese client

Job responsibilities

• Take full ownership and accountability for Product Strategy and Product Planning activities related to an assigned product or group of products within the selected domain (current domain Industry Semiconductors).
• Work in close partnership with a dedicated product team, typically consisting of a few Product Managers, Experience Designers, and Business Analysts.
• Collaborate effectively with the technical leads of a few development teams, ensuring alignment on product vision, priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Proactively drive the investigation of market opportunities for the selected domain, identifying unmet needs and potential areas for significant impact.
• Evaluate selected market segments, and gain a deep understanding of customer demands, workflows, and pain points.
• Present research findings and key insights, and effectively communicate these to top-level managers and technical leads to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.
• Formulate product visions that clearly articulate the value proposition and potential impact on solving the most pressing challenges faced by target customers/users.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate ideation workshops with the stakeholders and the delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain a high-level product roadmap that aligns the efforts of four to five delivery teams.
• Generate a prioritized list of proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to be implemented by the delivery teams.
• Take ownership of building and implementing effective Product Management processes and frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the assigned product or group of products.
