Job Summary:

The Punching Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining punching machines used in printing and paper packaging production. The role ensures accurate cutting, punching, and finishing of printed and packaging materials as per job specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate punching machines for paper, board, and packaging materials Set up machines as per job requirements (size, shape, die alignment) Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operations Check finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects Maintain production records and report output Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning Follow safety guidelines and factory SOPs Coordinate with the printing and finishing teams

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in punching machines (printing/packaging preferred) Knowledge of paper, board, and die-cutting processes Ability to read job cards and specifications Attention to detail and quality Willingness to work in shifts

Minimum 10th/12th pass or ITI (preferred) 1 years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,805.94 - ₹25,953.11 per month
