Core Deliverables: - Need to work closely with billing teams and customers -Need to analyze the ageing buckets and move forward accordingly - Respond to inquiries from customers, internal and external, via email and phone, and follow up when necessary ? Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ? Experience in a telecommunications environment is preferred but not required. ? Experience in advance collections tool like High radius is preferred but not required. ? Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy. Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency

Graduate
