Key Responsibilities:Process and audit employee expense claims using SAP Concur.Validate receipts and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.Utilize AppZen for AI-based expense auditing and review flagged transactions.Generate and analyze T&E reports for management review.Ensure compliance with global travel policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams for query resolution.Provide training and guidance to employees on T&E tools and policies.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in Finance/Commerce or related field.2-4 years of experience in T&E operations with hands-on experience in SAP Concur and AppZen.Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:SAP Concur certification.Exposure to global T&E policies and compliance standards.Experience in fraud detection and risk management.
