o Generate and sent out invoices to tenants in a timely mannero Follow up on Outstanding balances in the Bank Reconciliations and process adjustments as neededo Closing Bank reconciliations on a timely mannero Validating Cash application and posting necessary GL adjustments on a daily basiso Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracyo Initiate Chargeback adjustments and process refunds as necessaryo Prepare and maintain reports on Receivables status o Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issueso Assist with Month end closing and financial reportingo Respond to internal and external Accounts receivable inquiries

Qualifications

o Graduate / Post Graduate in accounting o Minimum 3-5 years experience in an accounts receivable functiono Strong analytical and accounting skills with an excellent attention to detailo Excellent communication skills written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of Managemento Strong planning, organization and time management skillso Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
