Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled engineer with expertise in API 610 centrifugal pumps and ANSI pumps to support projects from proposal to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pump hydraulics, construction, testing, and project management coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise on API 610 centrifugal pumps and ANSI pumps, including hydraulics, construction, and testing.
Review proposals and contract documents/specifications, collaborating with project management and application engineers to develop project plans and schedules.
Prepare and manage submittals, producing or overseeing submittal data and drawings, acting as technical lead throughout the HFA process, and addressing technical issues promptly.
Oversee release and order entry after submittal approval, ensuring accurate documentation for manufacturing and procurement.
Lead resolution of technical problems during production, testing, installation, and startup of equipment.
Work with project management to develop project plans, participate in project meetings, and maintain status reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with centrifugal and ANSI pumps, including hydraulics, design, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in project management or engineering coordination is preferred.
