Job Description

To ensure smooth and continuous operation of the Color Coating Line by monitoring and controlling all parameters from the pulpit/control room, maintaining quality standards, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the complete CCL process from the pulpit/control desk. Operate and adjust parameters for decoiler, cleaning section, coating section, curing oven, and recoiler. Coordinate with line supervisors, maintenance, and quality departments for smooth running of the line. Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and shift handover records accurately. Respond quickly to alarms or any deviation in process parameters. Ensure raw material availability (coils, chemicals, paints) as per schedule. Report abnormalities and assist in troubleshooting line issues in coordination with the maintenance team. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly. Check and ensure coating thickness, color matching, and product specifications as per customer requirements. Train and guide helper operators and ensure discipline on the line.
