Account cum Purchase Executive

Location: Hinjewadi phase 2 Pune

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum Purchase Executive to manage daily accounting tasks along with purchase activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling vendor management, purchase orders, inventory tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries, invoices, and ledger maintenance.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.

Assist in monthly/annual closing and support in audits.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Purchase:

Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply.

Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.

Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and maintain adequate stock.

Track inventory levels and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 -4 years of experience in accounts and purchase (preferably in manufacturing/trading industry).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and purchase processes.

Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP, and accounting software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
