As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Publishing Manager to join our Mobile Publishing team.
As a Publishing Manager, you will be responsible for publishing highly successful mobile games and building trusted relationships with external developers. You will work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams. Together you will maximise game success and drive company growth.
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore office, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:

• Find and evaluate high-quality mobile games for publishing opportunities.
• Provide constructive feedback to developers to improve game KPIs.
• Negotiate favourable terms with external developers and studios.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with partner teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimise performance.
• Analyse market trends and implement best practice publishing strategies.
• Support user acquisition campaigns to ensure cost-effective growth.
• Help developers integrate core libraries, analytics, ad placements, A/B testing, and localisation.
• Research competitor products and playtest games to identify opportunities.
• Present key publishing findings to management and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile game publishing, business development, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate game KPIs and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with external partners.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and analytics functions.
• Passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of F2P models.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in our Bangalore office for 5 days per week.
