Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Publisher Sales Executive
to join our growing sales team. This is a
hardcore sales role
focused on driving new business by closing deals daily, nurturing client relationships, and enabling long-term revenue growth for app publishers through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own and exceed
daily sales targets
- minimum one publisher deal closed per day.
Identify, prospect, and engage app publishers to onboard them onto the PubMaxx platform.
Understand publishers' monetization needs and position PubMaxx as the optimal solution.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach, product pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for publishers post-sale, ensuring consistent performance and satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams (AdOps, Product, Tech) to deliver on business goals and ensure publisher success.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on sales performance.
Ensure
timely and smooth communication
with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in B2B sales, preferably in ad tech, mobile advertising, or app monetization.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
Familiarity with
programmatic advertising
and ad monetization platforms is a strong plus.
Self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems and key monetization strategies.
Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, ad networks, or mediation platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
