Through its direct partnerships with top OEMs and exclusive in-app and device placements, Appnext create a new discovery experience, utilizing its \xe2\x80\x98Timeline\xe2\x80\x99 technology that predicts the app users are likely to use next. Appnext recommendations are helping app marketers reach more engaged users and get their apps discovered, used and reused.

Appnext is looking for an experienced and talented Publisher Partnership manager with strong analytical skills to expand our office in Bangalore, India. As a Publisher Partnership Manager, you will be managing our most valuable publisher partners and assist them in onboarding into our ecosystem. You will be using your platform expertise and strong personal skills to improve and grow their mobile user acquisition and monetisation strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

The perfect candidate is an experienced team player in the Adtech ecosystem, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This person can deliver results under pressure, work independently and take ownership and responsibility for the growth and ROI of the accounts and leverage sales opportunities.

  • Managing end to end App publisher relationships and helping them to manage their accounts with us every day and helping increase their user acquisition.
  • Troubleshooting & problem solving the daily incoming queries based on issues such as product feature implementation or performance of their accounts, being very accessible & hands on - aiming to achieve a high customer satisfaction index.
  • Routinely building in-depth reports for thoroughly analyzing data trends and consistently working towards increasing revenues
  • Strategizing and ideating with cross-functional internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities, also finding potential product/product feature matches that enable customers to earn even more revenues & up-selling/cross-selling them to these publisher accounts.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of account management/business development/client servicing type roles - preferably with internet based businesses and/or digital/online
  • Analytics skills
  • Experience with first-party ad serving & Analytics
  • Knowledge in mobile monetization and advertising
  • Experience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to create strategic relationships with key players in the industry
  • BA - a must; preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
  • Ability to multitask and handle various tasks and priorities
  • Sales experience \xe2\x80\x93 either upselling, cross-selling, or both are required
  • Experience training and providing support in-person and via phone
  • High service and results-oriented
