Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Publication Specialist
to manage and optimize our tour listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) - primarily Viator. In this role, you will ensure that all tours are accurately represented online, monitor availability, generate weekly performance reports, and collaborate with internal teams and OTA support to maximize bookings and revenue. This position is fully remote and plays a key role in supporting our sales and operations by keeping our online offerings up-to-date and optimized.
Your Responsibilities:
Enter, maintain, and optimize tour listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) - primarily Viator.
Monitor tour availability and identify opportunities for optimization to increase bookings and revenue.
Prepare weekly reports on active online tours - e.g. how many tours are sold out, which are underperforming, etc.
Report completed tasks within established deadlines.
Communicate professionally and coordinate with OTA support teams to resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with Product and Logistics teams to receive necessary information and insights regarding published tours.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least one year of experience in a similar position.
Experience working with OTAs (e.g. Viator, TripAdvisor).
Practical knowledge of CRM tools and databases (e.g. Excel).
Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
Practical knowledge of Google Workspace (which will be verified during the recruitment process).
Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
High attention to detail and accuracy when working with tour data.
Availability to work from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM CET/CEST (except for the first two months, during which shifts will follow the standard Monday-Friday schedule at the same hours).
Fast and stable internet connection and reliable tools for remote work.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Practical knowledge of channel management systems e.g. Bokun or similar.
