Oversee the entire publication lifecycle, from initial planning and development through production and final delivery.
Content and editorial:
Produce and proofread content for print and digital formats.
Typeset materials like syllabuses, brochures, and reports.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and style.
Vendor and budget management:
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as authors, designers, and printers.
Manage print buying and other financial aspects, including processing invoices and monitoring budgets.
Marketing and distribution:
Coordinate with marketing teams for collateral and promotional campaigns.
Manage stock levels and assist with distribution logistics.
Maintain online bookshops and databases.
Technical proficiency:
Work with design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, for creating graphics.
Possess strong IT literacy, including proficiency in standard office software.
Understand digital publishing trends and platforms
