Public Speaking Trainer
Location: SFS School, Narengi, Guwahati
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

As a Public Speaking Trainer, you will be responsible for mentoring students in key communication areas such as:

Model United Nations (MUN) Public Speaking and Debating Anchoring and Event Hosting Scriptwriting and On-Camera Presentation for Social Media
You will also be involved in school events by supporting planning, coordination, and promotion -- and ensuring smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging training sessions on public speaking, debate, and presentation skills. Prepare students for MUNs, debates, and school-level public speaking opportunities. Guide students in content creation for school social media and video platforms. Collaborate with staff to organize, manage, and promote school programs and events. Oversee event proceedings and resolve any issues promptly during events. Foster confidence and communication skills in students through structured guidance.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (public speaking, training, communications, or event coordination). Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Creativity and adaptability in working with student-led projects.

Desirable Skills:

Experience mentoring students in MUN or debating forums. Knowledge of scripting, filming, or presenting short-form video content. Background in event management, especially in academic or youth settings.

Remuneration

: Upto ?25,000 per month (CTC)
