About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Public Speaking Tutor

to train and inspire students at our

12th Summer Camp

. This role involves conducting engaging, interactive sessions to help participants

overcome stage fear, develop confidence, and improve communication skills

. If you are passionate about mentoring young minds and shaping future speakers, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Public Speaking Skills

- Speech delivery, voice modulation, articulation, and body language

Boost Confidence

- Help students overcome stage fear and express themselves effectively

Conduct Engaging Activities

- Debates, storytelling, impromptu speaking, and role-playing exercises

Provide Constructive Feedback

- Guide students on improving clarity, presence, and persuasive speaking

Create a Supportive Learning Environment

- Encourage participation and make learning fun

Prepare Training Materials

- Develop lesson plans and interactive exercises

Monitor Progress

- Track student improvement and provide personalized coaching

Requirements:

Experience in Public Speaking or Coaching

(Previous teaching/training experience preferred)

Strong Communication Skills

- Ability to engage and motivate students

Passion for Teaching

- Energetic, patient, and encouraging approach

Ability to Adapt

- Modify teaching methods based on student needs

Background in Speech, Drama, Communication, or a Related Field

(Preferred)
