We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Public Speaking Instructor to join our team. As a Public Speaking Instructor, you will guide young learners in building confidence, improving communication, and mastering the art of speaking effectively in front of an audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging online one-on-one or group classes for children aged 5 to 15. Develop customized lesson plans suitable for various age groups and skill levels. Help students build skills in speech delivery, storytelling, articulation, body language, and overcoming stage fear. Provide regular feedback to students and parents to track improvement. Use interactive activities and games to keep sessions lively and effective. Foster a safe, supportive, and inspiring virtual learning environment. Participate in periodic training, curriculum reviews, and instructor development sessions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Public Speaking Instructor, Soft Skills Trainer, or a similar role. Strong command of spoken English and/or Hindi. Ability to work creatively with young learners and keep them engaged. Prior experience teaching online using platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring children. Laptop/Computer with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Public Speaking, Drama, Communication, or related fields (not mandatory). Experience conducting speech competitions, debates, or drama workshops. Background in theatre, mass communication, or education is a plus.
