Role Overview

As a

Public Speaker - Social Media

, you will be the on-camera and voice-facing representative of the organization across digital platforms. Your role is to communicate ideas, initiatives, and impact stories in a compelling, authentic, and engaging manner to build trust, awareness, and national reach.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the on-camera spokesperson for organizational content on social media Deliver short-form and long-form video content (reels, shorts, explainers, announcements) Communicate organizational vision, initiatives, and impact clearly and confidently Collaborate with content, marketing, and PR teams for scripting and content planning Participate in live sessions, webinars, interviews, and digital discussions Adapt messaging for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Maintain consistency, authenticity, and credibility in public communication

Who We're Looking For

Strong communication and public speaking skills Confidence in front of camera and live audiences Clear diction, engaging presence, and storytelling ability High ownership, discipline, and consistency 0-3 years of experience (Freshers welcome if confident and expressive) Comfortable with fast-paced content creation environments
Job Requirements

Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory) Willingness to Travel: 100% (required, for events, shoots, and programs) Work Location: Remote / In-person (as per project needs)
