Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to support business goals.
Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
Monitor media coverage and manage press clippings and media reports.
Organize press conferences, media events, and interviews.
Handle crisis communications and protect the company's public image.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Write compelling content for speeches, opinion pieces, social media, and internal communications.
Track PR performance metrics (e.g., media coverage, sentiment analysis) and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2-5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
