Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations Specialist to lead our communication and media strategies within the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong media relations, crafting compelling PR content, and managing campaigns that enhance the organization's visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective PR strategies and media plans with a focus on the education sector. Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, articles, blogs, speeches, and other PR content. Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Plan, organize, and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, interviews, and other PR events. Monitor media coverage, analyze PR impact, and prepare detailed media reports for internal use. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure message consistency across all communication channels. Track PR campaign performance, manage media clippings, and generate regular reports. Work closely with marketing and social media teams to amplify campaigns and enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. 8-10 years of professional experience in public relations across sectors, with proven exposure to the education sector. Strong network of media contacts and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Experience in planning and executing media events and press activities. Proficiency in PR reporting, analytics, and digital media collaboration. Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
