We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Officer for one of the most reputed hospitals in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image of the hospital through media, communication, and community engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective PR campaigns and media strategies Manage relationships with media, patients, and the public Prepare press releases, newsletters, and promotional content Coordinate hospital events, health camps, and public awareness programs Handle patient feedback, grievances, and public inquiries Support digital and social media presence in collaboration with the marketing team Ensure brand consistency and reputation management Act as the hospital's spokesperson when needed

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Media relations Crisis communication Content writing and editing Event coordination Social media management Public speaking Knowledge of healthcare industry standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field Prior experience in hospital or healthcare PR is highly preferred
